Matt Rouse grew up in Long Beach and currently lives in Orange County. He is the co-founder of Black Napkin Press, has been published online at Cultured Vultures, Metalworker and Right Hand Pointing and has one chapbook The Final Word… He has two muses, Lois (8) and Bonnie (7).
