Ben Trigg is co-host of the weekly reading series Two Idiots Peddling Poetry at the Ugly Mug in Orange, California. When not at the Ugly Mug, Ben spends his time using a BA in drama to work in educational research. He’s also known to be lost in a comic book or the wilds of Disneyland at any given moment. His first full length collection Kindness from a Dark God came out on Moon Tide Press in 2007. In 2011 Ben co-edited the anthology Don’t Blame the Ugly Mug: 10 Years of 2 Idiots Peddling Poetry.
LeAnne Hunt grew up in the Midwest and now lives in Orange County. She fakes a chemistry degree at work and even has a lab coat. She is a regular at the Ugly Mug but wants to be a part of the Long Beach poetry scene with all the cool kids. She hopes she can appear cool just once. She is published in Don’t Blame the Ugly Mug (Tebot Bach, 2011), A Poet is a Poet No Matter How Tall (For the Love of Words, 2013), and LUMMOX Number Two (LUMMOX Press, 2013).
