Kit Courter grew up in Calabasas when it was a small town, and has lived in the South Bay area of LA since the early 1980s. The Long Beach area is one of his hangouts. He reads at several poetry forums, including (so far) Redondo Poets, The Ugly Mug, and at the 2nd Mondays Poetry Party event at Fox Coffee House. He is a long-time night photographer whose work can be seen on his web site at LunarLight Photography.
