bobs as she hops the sidewalk,
carries a paper mache head.
The earth must be so pleased
to hold her to the planet.
This globe has to love us all.

Shirtless shorn guy sucks a cig,
adjusts his long boxer shorts,
saunters across the crosswalk,
tosses a butt in the street.
The third stone loves him too,
or can we expect a quake?
