By Paul Burney
The girl’s hungry eyes
Bore into the fisherman’s catch.
He longs to hand it over,
To let her tear into and devour it.
Far better to teach,
Than have that scene replayed.
On calm blue seas,
The lessons begin.
Her endless casting
Leads only to minnows.
He guides her hand,
Helps her feel the vibrations.
She sinks the lure deep,
Dancing it through the waves.
This catch is better,
Sating some hunger.
The fisherman’s is better,
But this feast is her own.
He looks at her with hungry eyes,
Boring into her soul.
Far better to learn
The joys of teaching.
Very sensual
Very nicely done!!!
